The local Utah media is finally reporting on this building. Several of my photos from this site were on a KUTV News story covering the building this evening.

  2. I just have a hard time believing they couldn’t at least save the original portion…I thought we were well past the “Raze-Craze” of the 60’s and 70’s.

    • I agree – it would have been nice to see the original stone chapel restored to its single-room use with the stone exposed and maybe the bell and tower placed back on it. Then a new building could have been designed around it to meet the current need of the wards.
